Upward Bound Inward Journey starts with Me

Hey Everyone, I really have no idea how to do this and it's late!  However no small step is too small.  That's how positivity works.  It's not about how full or empty the glass is but actually the fact that you recognize there is a glass in the first place.  So many people look past the real tangible things in life that they miss out on everything in front of them! Yes it's not always what you want life to be or where you want to be, but isn't there something in just being.  You could NOT BE.  Just saying.  So for my first foray in this, I just encourage you to look up every now and then, [preferably every day] and realize that the sky is not falling and life has its beauty if you allow yourself to take it in.

  1. Curtis, thank you for sharing your heart. It is good to see every moment as meaningful and full of life. I believe life indeed does have a wonderful purpose for each and every one of us; and one can look forward to each day by living in light of that purpose through a steadfast focus on God, in whom all life exists. When you realize the truth about God our Creator, and become a part of His purpose, by way of saving faith in Jesus Christ, you can live each moment in His peace, love, and joy, and your life will be such a rich blessing to others you meet. To me, it’s all about keeping a focus on Christ, and letting His word guide you. He teaches us such wisdom as “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.” –Philippians 4:8.
There’s a lot to discover and meditate on in this passage, just as there is so much to meditate on His word that will give you the mind of Christ, which certainly makes life rich, when we allow it to.

    1. True North. Christ makes me a better person and I am grateful for that. I did not say perfect, but better.
