Lead 365 - Developing Yourself

I am very fortunate to be able to share a little of the past week of my life.  Difficult decisions are a part of life, and sometimes you have to make them.  It may be hard, painful, and scary, but in order to grow as a person, you have to be able to make them.  

One of my memories from this past week will be the saying, "Get off the Tracks."  The developer of Lead365, Nancy Hunter Denney said that.  I believe Melissa Ruiz spoke about the ways that people manipulate you if you allow them to do it.  Please forgive me because I am so sleepy.  But I just wanted to share a couple of thoughts before I called it a night.  

• Take charge of your life
• Don't let people shape the life you want - you shape it
• Let go of people that abuse you
• Be present - leave whatever is distracting you behind when you are in the moment
• Personal Responsibility begins with "showing up."
• Accept multiplicity - variety in solutions
• Listening with intent
• Be intentional in life
