Relax and Stay Positive
Ok. So this week's blog is all about thinking the good can happen instead of the bad. Now if you are a frequent visitor to my blog, you know the site and it really means what it says. The ability to see the good is an attitude and trained habit. They say it takes 30 days to form a habit and a lifetime can be the result. How many things do you do by rote without even thinking about them because you have formed your own little idiosyncrasies otherwise known as personal traits or habits.
One of the keys to life is your ability to stay calm, and react positively to situations even when everything in your being is telling you not to do just that.
My friend is learning to ride her motorcycle and the one thing I repeat on steroids with her is to think positive. You have to believe good things will happen, not because it counters the thought of negativity but because it is true. In your life up to this point you have taken for granted how much good has happened in your life. As a man thinketh so he is, the Bible tells us. God shines his light on the good and bad. Every day we are fortunate to have so much go right for us from the moment we wake up to the moment we lay down to sleep. Think how many days that has happened in your life, and all the good that has transpired. I would say a lot of good has happened.
Thus, relax and stay positive, and when those negative thoughts try to rise in your mind, please remember that 95% of the things that cause you to sway to the negative never happen in life!
